Cute but too big

I got a small and I'm small chested and there's no way to adjust so the top sits too big on me. I assume it would be much better if I had a larger chest. For reference, I'm 5'3" 120lb 32B. The embroidery on it is gorgeous though. Too bad I can't return it :(
