Did not fit properly

I reviewed the sizing chart and did the quiz to find my size, and the bathing suit was way too big, I cannot wear it. The torso was way too long, and there was no mention of that even possibly being an issue. It was especially odd because the other one piece I bought in the same size fit perfectly. I also submitted an email about it the day I received the suits but nobody responded. Very unprofessional. I really wanted to get the problem resolved but now I am left extremely disappointed. I will not recommend this sketchy brand to anyone because they do not care about their customers.
